Who can beat the Emperor of Mankind?

I've seriously struggled to think of a 3D character who could beat the Emperor, best I could come up with is some Magic: The Gathering and some Saint Seiya characters.

So to anyone willing, tell me, which character lower then High3A can beat the Emperor?

I'm willing to count characters with equal or unequal speed as long as they could kill the Emperor.

I would assume you could potentially prevent his 3-D form from manifesting via certain means. Don't know how, but maybe.

1440 can't do it because he gets killed in every sphere of existence with speed equal or blitzed horribly with speed unequal. Though if the Emprah actually got caught by the All Death stuff, I don't think his lower form would escape.
