EXE via versatiliy. He has more weapons, more experience, and has more utility with status, barriers and healing. EXE should be superior in hand-to-hand combat since he uses it more often, and his swords and such definitely give him a close quarters advantage.

Plus Bomberman can only tank one or two attacks of magnitude similar to his own, so EXE should be more durable.

So EXE with mid-diff.

My vote goes to rockman. exe he has many Chips and forms P.As that allow him to not only heal but become invincible for a short while for example any guts style when using guts Machine gun Becomes invincible while They do it not only that but shadow style allows for Brief invulnerability as well And if You take into account the forms like dark mega and the Cybeasts that give him crazy boost in all catigories i cant see bobmer man doing well in this fight and i did not even get into all of the style changes, double souls ,navi crosses he has and he has too many chips and P.As his arsenal is too much for the white bomber the blue bomber takes it

Yeah true. Honestly I don't see how a case for Bomby can be made here. He can only match a serious Base MegaMan.EXE in power and dura, and if EXE transforms, he'll immediately have the edge in power and probably dura.


He is ridiculously outclassed in every other way, since EXE has dozens of times more abilities than Bomby, and they are not limited to Bombs. Plus he has better support powers, close quarters combat skills, better hand-to-hand, better defense, can heal him self, has considerably less experience, and is overall outclassed in every way possible.

Plus the massive speed and hax difference.

True i dont see any way for bomber man to win he is out classed in every way; this in my opinion is borderline stomp due to all of the advantages that megaman has i mean he megaman with the master style P.A makes two copies of himself and then three megamen attack the opponent and after that he realeeses a huge exsplosion and changes to a random style and that is also an advantage he can change his style and keep bomber man guessing as to what his powers are the range weaknesses and limits and the white bomber would not know right away what to do megaman can use these to his advantage

Since Speed is equalized, I think they would be reasonbly even if this is just Base MegaMan.EXE. He would win 10/10 regardless and with mid-low diff, but Bomberman deserves a little more credit here. Bomberman may be outclassed in every way, but he'd put up a decent fight IMO

oh if is just base megaman then it is far more even i still think megaman wins with mid- difficulty because of the wider arsenal that he has and he is better range and CQC than bomberman

It says Bomberman has resistence to Space-Manipulation. Does this include time stop? Also if Bomberman has resistence to reality warping and defeated a universal warper, I don't really think most of Megaman's hax will do much. But if he actulally can create clones of similar magnitude like Denpahero says, perhaps he'd win.

Well, Mega still has access to a variety of other abilities like soul attacks and universal-level freezing. So there's that.

Maybe Bomberman would get effected by soul based attacks. But I am wondering if his Time Hax resistence extends to Time Stopping?

With soul hax and maybe cloning I think Megaman might be more likely to win.

The duplication thing comes from Program Advances like Master Style and Master Cross, in which Mega creates multiple copies of himself to deal devastating attacks from all of his regularly available forms at once.
