Which tier and abilities this dimension could give?

Obviously it won't scale to Minecraft, but hypothetically, which tier and abilities Time God could have, if it was the one who created it? And would someone who survived in that dimension get some upscalings and abilities too?

All Time is at least Low 2-C, so if all time happens there at once it should be Low 2-C as well, mayyyybe 2-C

As for abilities, Time God gets creation, time manip, and some kind of acausality (possibly type 2) because "everything happens at once, so there's no before and after".

I said 2-B cause he asked if it was the creation of Minecraft. Which should just include all Minecraft worlds that are created (every server) but I wonder if it would just be low 2-c if all those universes get combined into one space time continuum. Though fireforce is still 2C when it does this
