Depends on the magnitude of the earthquake and where the Pyromander is in relation to the mountain, but it should at bare minimum be 9-A, as 2.5 is the minimum magnitude for an earthquake to be felt

There’s a lot of variability, but assuming it’s comparable to the solar flare that created it, it can be up to 10^15 Tons of TNT, or 6-A
