Well, based on the description of the Eleos as beings that ventured through lower and higher dimensions, and considering the existence of "hundreds of dimensions", where exactly would they be classified?

"Venturing to the lower and higher dimensions" is just dimensional travel, which is consistent with both Irredeemable's established cosmology of having a bunch of parallel dimensions populated by sentients (Tony rescues Qubit from Dimension Ectru in a flashback in Irredeemable #4; Orian planned to teleport an army to conquer earth presumably from his own dimension in Irredeemable #15, and is regarded as an extradimensional demon everywhere; Modeus also states that he and the Plutonian could flee to other dimensions to escape the world ending radiation in Irredeemable #36, and Amberjack claimed he had a Qubit teleportal to an alternate, Plutonian-less Earth in incorruptible #4, as well as Tony's own essence being spread to countless of such dimensions in Irredeemable #37) and the Eleos' statement that they traverse these dimensions to "learn all that [they] may from the sentients scattered throughout the multiverse".
The Eleos have no AP feats outside of upscaling from the Plutonian to the point he's not a threat worthy of violence. What they do have is a bunch of hax you can very easily scale the Plutonian to were he to have enough experience with his power (namely dimensional travel/bfr/some pretty busted physics manip resistance fron being capable of moving in total entropy) because he was still nonetheless becoming their peer in a multitude of ways (namely becoming completely immune to their telepathy and wresting control of a simulated timeline of his life from them). If you want to scale them to anything, the Plutonian is stated as being capable of reversing entropy by Modeus in Irredeemable #25, which given the scales Modeus and Qubit are talking about is 3-A. Pretty sure it scales to physicals per VSBW standards because their physicals and hax are one in the same.
