Where to make a thread about adding a new verse?

If the verse isn't tier 1 or 0, you don't need to make a thread anywhere. If it is tho, you can make a CRT in the content revision board

it's tier 4 or 2 at best, I would just want some other opinions on some interpretive lore, formatting and other stats before adding it to the wiki
