Kirby is a light character dude, at 70% Ness can just back throw kill at the edge of the stage. Kirby has low range too despite his FSmash killing early. All of Ness's specials have a use while Kirby's not so much

Pshhh, who needs that when you can just spam PK Fire and then edge gaurd with PK Flash ovo.

As a Ness main, he just needs to think gg then back throws Kirby off the stage.

I vote Ness due to Status effect inducement which includes Paralysis and hypnosis, also can use PK Flash to generate random effects of which OHK has the higher probability. He can amp his durability to save him from the AP gap too via items that he had gained. Or ya know, throw a Bomb at Kirby Unless that Kirby main is a terrible player and just spams the B button .
