When this happens?

I have seen this scenario once. (with Powerhouse (Supercell) and Gusher (Supercell)) where characters are someone else's (with credit and stuff, so this is not the problem) and they are going to have a comic on them. The creator of the OCs is not a part of this site, so do we run characters like that like you would a character of VBW? Or do you just let who made the page for that character take care of it?

I'm pretty sure as long as it's not the original owner's stuff, it's fair game for anyone to pitch in (With approval of the majority obviously. Nazo and all that jazz).

The comic version is (technically) the only version, the feats were just taken from the random art that was posted there (and a comic with 3 parts that I think is getting retconned) and the comic hasn't come out yet, so revisions are almost guaranteed to be required at one point or another. So, are CRTs a viable option once that happens (Since Akreious mentioned the majority)?
