Just to be 100% sure so I don't get sniped. Since my verse is entirely based off Megaten (as in it's a megaten roleplay) and some of the ocs in it scale to Megaten characters I am free to make Tier 1 profiles without having to go through the evaluation thread? Where do I put that my characters are in fact scaling to canon characters so I don't cause any misunderstandings?
