What's the difference between Main Calculations and supporting calculations

There's probably something here about it but I cant find it

For a while I thought it was feats in the same part of the story where one is higher than the other so characters scale to the first one and use the second to back up why they scale to the first, but I've seen major calculations put in the supporting calc section

Does it have to do with how many characters scale to it? I dunno I'm kinda curious about it

My guess is that main calculations are sufficient proof for the tiers the character scaling to these feats are indexed as, while supporting calculation would be unecessary calculation still shown on verse page for the sake of consistency.
a character scaling to multi-continental through a calculation, can have a lower tier calculation, this lower tier calc would be supportive evidence for this character possibly scaling higher, and the main calculation be the definitive proof

Main Calculations are those who set the ratings for a Verse

Supporting calculations are, as you can imply from the name, calculations used to support the ratings provided by the main calcs
