Requirements to adding Calculations to the Verse page

So I've been getting annoyed by some stuff regarding the Half-Life verse page, so I came here to ask instead of letting it become a bigger problem for me and potentially others who thought the same way: Is only CGM approval required to list calc blogs on the Verse Page or is CRT approval also required?

I'm aware that the Format Page has a bullet point that says that "you are only allowed to add blogs that have been evaluated and accepted by our calc group to these lists" (though I have a feeling this point is being misinterpreted someqhat as the previous one states "Currently used calculations" would be helpful to list), however I know of a few verses where it's supporters only list calcs when they are approved in the appropriate CRT. A few notable examples I can think of were when Deltarune was upgraded to 8-C before the release of Chapter 3&4 (this one being done by a Content Mod) and also after Chapter 3&4 were released, Team Fortress and Undertale. There are probably more examples, but these are the ones I can think of right now.

It's important to note a lot of verse pages were made long before the rules were added to the point where there are a lot of verse pages that are simply outdated. Not to mention there's also the likelihood that a lot of calculations in general used outdated step by step methods for getting various ratings and what not. So we may want to basically "Start over" if the verse's scaling or lack of organized references and justifications are really all that bad.
