What would this Regeneration be?

Many types of Energy ain't metaphysical, they simply work different than matter, but they are still physical as far as i know.

low godly is for regenerating from stuff like mind, souls or something like that.

What do you think metaphysical and esoteric mean? I have no idea who Kaguya is, or what discussion went on there. Could you perhaps elaborate?

Metaphysical means beyond physical, energy is a physical mechanic, and energy such as chakra (the one kaguya comes back from) are physical too, so it totally depends on the type of energy.

Not all energy is non-physical, regenerating from it depends on the energy, but they are commonly physical and the highest form of high regen.

That doesn't make any sense. It also says "esoteric" which just means not understood by most people, and also "something else". It says right at the beginning "complete destruction of the user's physical body". How is physical defined here? If it's the strictest sense you're implying, that it's "relating to physics", then what does that do to beings who are intangible or made of magic?

If it's the highest form of regen in High, why is that not mentioned at all? Why is subatomic used as the smallest measurement in High's description, if no particles at all is an option? Either you're wrong, or the regeneration page isn't nearly specific enough. The latter is definitely possible.

Is the latter, because kaguya's page already uses this, just because it isn't mentioned doesn't mean it isn't true.

A single type against meta and non-physical doesn't debunk me, the description makes it clear it must be something beyond physical stuff.

The sense is phyisical in some way, intagible beings are made of whatever they are stated to be, souls, minds, magic, whatever that isn't physical, is a case by case.

In that case, a staff member should really be talked to about the regen page, and/or Kaguya's page.
Either they'll decide to change the High description, or Kaguya, but either way we can't have the inconsistency.

Alright, so I talked to Ant to clarify some things, and the conclusion is as follows:

Specifically, energy is a broad term. Things such as electricity (electrons), light (photons), and even gravity (gravitrons) are technically made up of subatomic particles, and therefore would be High. However, if said energy is not particle based at all, such as kinetic or heat energy, which is a property of matter but does not contain matter, then that is Low-Godly.
