I'm creating a page for a character whose exact ability allows her to bring any art she creates to life, ranging from something as mundane as a window to exploding hands that can transform into invisible tattoos and back. What would be the proper power to place this ability under?

The description seems to be either Creation or Immersion.

Creation, maybe Life Manipulation depending on the specifics. Just make sure to explain the ability.

Let's learn one thing: Creation is when you're creating something from nothing. The described ability is to bring any created art to life. Basically you're changing the form from the art to a materialized thing.
