Basically, a person who suffers absolutely no knockback, and doesn’t flinch when taking incoming damage, but still takes damage from the attack. So basically, the external force doesn't physically move their body, even if they themselves are vulnerable to the attack.

basically, I mean something like Immobility from Superpower wiki.
 
If the character do not due that due being Durable or having elevated Lifting Strength, it could be a specific application of Physics Manipulation, although similar effects can be performed by different types of powers.
 
That's usually an unlisted secondary power. Many characters technically violate conversation of momentum in order to just stay in place when hit. Realistically, it is impossible to stay standing in place when hit with a building level or higher punch unless you have some super grounding power, but we don't really give that for every strong character.

If it's an official power the character has one would probably have to know how it works to put it into a specific category. Might be one of those cases where it is best to just explain it on the page without a link.
