-Our character has the ability to draw/write themselves into existence, despite them not existing, despite the world itself not existing, despite the very plot itself not existing. Literally nothing existed, nothing was there.-

What ability(ies) would this be?

If you talking literally writing themselves into nothing, then Plot Manipulation. The plot not existing doesn't really make sense since they had to write or draw on something. If you're talking non-meta then Creation I guess?

I honestly have no clue.

I though that at first too, but since they are non existent yet still do something, NEP would also be there. But which type and aspect is what I'm confused and not sure about.
