Unless I'm mistaken about those wounds in his head not being from bullets or penetrating his brain, yep.

i don't think that's mid, mid is regenerating from decap or severe brain damage which wasn't shown there.

Bullets or anything piercing the brain is considered severe brain damage, not all mids can regen from decapitation though.

The image wasn't too clear but if it's just the body being pierced then High-Low. If the brain is being shot as well then maybe Mid.

Based off skimming the chapter you can see multiple entry and exit wounds in his head, it should be mid.
