What type of concept is this

I'm assuming this is be Type 3 but maybe i could stretch it to type 2

why not type 1?

Cause it is an unexplained concept, nothing elaborated on how this concrpt work, what it govern. You can have a type 3 concept that come from higher plane of existence, higher dimension.
