Can't really seem to figure out if it would be Town Level or City Level by doing some damage to a mountain sized monster.

Hard to say but...i think it could be the latter, assuming the mountain sized being has the strength and durability of an actual mountain. If not, just something like really high-end Large Town or about Small City level. But City level may be the best bet to it.

NP. I'm pretty sure you can get City level at the most with that. But like i said, that's assuming the being is as durable as an actual mountain. Especially of a big one at that.
