What Tier would these Characters be?

Hi! Been a long time lurker here and I've dug up an old fictional collection I once wrote about. Out of curiosity, what would be the Tier of these characters? (The characters in question are in bold)

Although I am well aware as to the tier of the "human characters" and the sub-gods of each verse, these guys are pretty much up in the air in terms of their tier levels so I was wondering if you could provide me an idea on how to classify them. To give you an idea, this fictional collection was a crossover between many verses (To name some, Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Cthulhu, Elder Scrolls, etc.) and these guys were fictionally written as the "Top guns" who could oversee those verses.

+ FO ― The origin of everything, a voidless source that existed far beyond the existence of the main forces of reality. The FO eventually split into two beings of limitless powers, one to represent yang (known as goodness and light for all creation) and the other to represent yin (known as evil and darkness for all creation)

+ Char A ― A high outerverse creator representing the concept of yang, in charge of maintaining the balance of light and goodness amongst all realities of creation. Insisting that light and purity exists through everything, he creates an infinite amount of outer gods capable of creating their own realities and leaves them independent of watching over their own realities.

+ Char B ― A high outerverse creator representing the concept of yin, in charge of maintaining the balance of dark and evil amongst all realities of creation. Insisting that darkness and evil exists through everything, he insists direct control over all realities, ensuring the existence of his presence is there to balance the scales of opposing forces.

-Feats of Char A and Char B-

The main conflict began when Char B's insistence to oversee the realities meant he had direct control over all outer gods (created by Char A) who were creating different realities. This meant that all outer gods were provided with the concept of freewill to all their creations in all their realities, thereby not giving those outer gods knowledge of them (and enabling them the idea of omnipotence). However, due to Char B's presence and interference, he decided to turn the balance towards evil and darkness more, causing the main prevalence of war, corruption, and darkness throughout all creations (some of which spanned significant events of Outer God creations turning on their creators). This led to Char A and Char B confronting each other over their varying ideals, leading to the first significant event called "PR" or the destruction of all reality.

Coming at a stalemate, Char A agreed to Char B's deal of creating different realities headed by them, where Char A creates a series of realities of pure light while Char B creates a series of realities of pure darkness. The realities of Char A were realities filled with complete light and the absence of pain, but Char B's realities were filled with nothing but war and suffering.

As Char B realizes that all his creations have nothing but suffering, Char A further proves that there is a need for his light to ensure that his creations will live in harmony with each other. Thinking this, Char B decides to merge Char A's creations with his, causing an automatic imbalance and bringing forth chaos into Char A's realities, brought upon by jealousy over Char A's light-filled creations.

Upset over this, Char A clashes with Char B once again, threatening another "PR", but Char A strategically seals a portion of his reality, sparing it. During the battle, many realities are destroyed, and Char A overpowers Char B. Not wanting to concede defeat to Char A, Char B divides his essence through all the realities Char A spared, further upsetting the balance.

With Char B gone, Char A is left with an option to destroy the tainted realities and recreate them. Not wanting to destroy all realities he created and recreate them again to give a chance for all his creations to exist freely, he decides to put a small essence of his will (As putting a bigger amount could possibly destroy all realities) across the realities he saved and be the one in charge of driving out any sources that could threaten the balance of Yin and Yang. This said small essence will eventually reach and be divided amongst four individuals in his creation known as the Outseekers.

Outseekers

These four individuals each consist of a small essence of Char A, blessed with powers that enable them to span across different realities of creation. At their fully realized powers, they are able to traverse the outerverse and foresee multiple realities at a time. Their powers give them the dominion over all outerversal god creations of Char A and Char B while transcending time, space, and an infinite amount of outer dimensional bounds. All these enable them to cover as much realities possible in handling threats to the balance. To enable them access to different realities, they are able to recreate avatars of themselves, acting out their will through an infinite amount of dimensional bounds away. Some avatars they have created ranged from lowly human beings to multiversal beings who have faced off other multiversal beings in an attempt to comprehend a verse their avatar exists in, but it is agreed that all avatars they create contain only a very small fraction of their true powers.

+ Outseeker A ― Absorbed most of Char A's essence and is therefore classified as the most powerful of the Outseekers. As he absorbed the essence with Char A's will, he took on the identity as the main vessel of Char A himself. He was previously known as an Outer God in charge of the creation of the reality consisting of the Final Fantasy verses and multiple other realities. One of his past avatars created was considered as "The God of Victory" among the "Heavens" who was the lead warrior against their leader "Warrior of Chaos" that was actually the essence of Char B personified within his reality. He voluntarily caused the worlds to be separated to prevent the said essence from causing more destruction, before living amongst the reality as a lowly human creation. As An Outseeker, he is in charge of protecting an infinite amount of realities and overseeing their balance. At one point, he sent an avatar of himself into the Vertigo verse and threatened to destroy The Great Evil Beast (succeeded in separating it from The Presence and stomping him when the GEB attacked) but realized that the existence of the GEB is important in mantaining balance between good and evil, so he willed it back to existence and allowed it to re-merge with The Presence.

+ Outseeker B ― Absorbed an equal amount of Char A's essence as Outseeker C, making him arguably as powerful as Outseeker C. He was originally an Outer God who foresaw several lesser gods that acted as an upper deity of those lower gods. As an Outer God, he placed a small vessel in the form of a human to understand his creations and their concept of free will. One of his human avatars was a prodigious mage specializing in black magic. At the height of his power, even in his lowliest state as a human mage, he was capable of casting spells that were capable of affecting reality in a universal scale. It has been said, at one point, he managed to unlock the ancient arts to summon Yog-Sothoth and utilize his power without going mad, despite being in his weakest and lowliest state.

+ Outseeker C ― Absorbed an equal amount of Char A's essence as Outseeker B, making her arguably as powerful as Outseeker B. She was originally an Outer God who safeguarded the concept of reality existing within all Outer Gods. Due to the existence of an imbalance amongst the equality of forces, she was forced to create multiple vessels of herself to safeguard different realities amongst all Outer Gods. One of those ended up being a scholar mage who specializes in white and support magic, but shows the aptitude to cast even the most devastating spells capable of destroying continents, planets, and even threatening multiple galaxies (and at one point, the universe of her existence) even in her lowliest form as a human mage. At one point as an Outseeker, it was reported that she held Shub-Niggurath at the palm of her hands.

+ Outseeker D ― Absorbed the least amount of Char A's essence, making him arguably the least powerful of the Outseekers, but that does not mean he is lacking in power. He was originally an Outer God, like Orion, who was in charge of overseeing and the creation of multiple realities consisting of the Kingdom Hearts verse and multiple other realities. Unlike the other Outseekers, he made just one vessel to carry out his will as an Outer God across all the realities he created. This said Vessel was in charge of creating multiple universes and multiple realities, eventually ending up in one of the verses he created as a human being with a free will of its own. This said human being took on the identity of a failed Keyblade apprentice during his time in one of his universes, and disgraced knight who left and turned his back on the empirical order upon his arrival in his current verse. In his old verse, despite disguising as a failed Keyblade apprentice, he showed the power to command multiple keyblades in a universal scale and unleash many techniques no other Keyblade Master in his verse managed to pull off, going as far as threatening the destruction of the Kingdom Hearts verse, even when he did not reveal his true power against the appearance of one of the Dark vessels of Char B.

While these guys are pretty powerful indeed, I'm pretty confused as all the Outseekers seem to show 1-A attributes (or am I overvaluing their power?), but their powers were obtained from someone who created them and is far beyond them.

Also, this was a work of fiction I conceptualized quite ages ago (before I knew of anything Tier related, so for old time's sake, I'm just wondering what the power levels of these characters are).

Thanks for anyone's help and insights :)
