What Tier it will be this feat?

In other wiki that talks about powers, Tiers, etc, a large group of users was talking about a Feat that is the following:

"Character A fight against Character B, that is an avatar of Deity A, who live in another level of existence that belong to the 1-A Tier. Character A have a special ability and he use it to destroy Deity A, because, and with his ability, destroy Character B and his destruction was linked with the existence of Deity A in his existencial plane."

Basically, Character A kill Character B and Deity A, but he is in a 2-A Structure.
Can be this possible? Character A can be a 1-A being?

It's a simple matter of range and power. He was in a 2-A Structure but the range of his ability can reach a 1-A level existence and has 1-A Potency.

But, if Character A only shows feats that belongs to a 9-A being?

If I’m reading this correct, it doesn’t sound like character A would be 1-A themselves, but would possess damage transferral with 1-A range and potency.

Then, the Character A's wiki it will be: Tier: 9-A / 1-A with Damage Transferal

The ability they get is really dependent on how they killed Deity A. Did they erase them from existence? Or did they just attack them using some invisible force?

When Character A kill Character B, Deity A is destroyed, he is erased from existence in his plane, a 1-A Existencial Plane.
