What tier is this?

According to google, a lunar crater can range from 400 m to 300 km. Assuming it’s 400 m, that gives us a radius of 200 m and plugging that into a sphere’s volume and dividing it in half since it’s a crater, we’d get a volume of 16746666.6667 m^3 or 16746666666700 cm^3

Fragmentation is 8j/cm^3 (1.3397333e+14 j)

Violent Frag is 69j/cm^3 (1.15552e+15 j)

Pulverization is 214.35j/cm^3 (3.589648e+15 j)
