Let me ask. Take a example like Matthew Malloy. We don't really know much about him, and the "Third Dimension" he supposedly uses. If the author explains in detail what the Third Dimension is later on to a fan who asked, would that be unable to be used ?

......well, if the dream thingy is literal, then i believe he can be High 2-A or higher if the higher planes thing refer to higher-dimensions

if he just... created it with his dreams or something, i think he is likely 2-B
