I'm under the assumption it's Low 2-C (merging an uncountable infinite amount of snapshots of time). But I actually have no idea.

As in merging future past periods and merging them all as if it's all just the present? I would call that Low 2-C yeah.

Mav's actually asking specifically the past and present combining via Time Manipulation, no future involved.

If we're still merging temporal periods of the universe altogether and not via some random portals that have people from the past entering the present. It would still effectively be an infinite number of temporal periods merging together; and thus infinite snapshots. Which would effectively be Low 2-C.
