God never truly disappears. He dwells in all things, his essence and power, omnipresent, merely changing forms. Capable of creating anything conceivable. What He decided is Divine Will and is nature's law. As creation continues to evolve, all that progress is reflected towards him
If the Entire World permeates with God, then consolidating the entirety of the world should therefor reconstitute God. Paradoxically, It would take the power on the level of a god to physically mold the world into a single entity. God's vessel can't just be anyone. God's existence throughout the world is universal, yet the world itself is not God. Existing while not existing. that is the condition an appropriate vessel must fulfill.
