What ability is it to cause the main energy source a character uses to "Burn up" and that burning causes physical harm and damage to the character?

using fire to burn the literal source of energy they use for their powers. like some weird metaphysical burning.

I think that would be a mix of Fire and Energy Manipulation? So it'd look like
Fire Manipulation and Energy Manipulation (Can destroy [power source energy] with fire)
