What power is "instilling experience into one self" is?

As the title suggests, what kind of power does one get when they "instill years of experience into oneself."?

Example: A person is able to gain great amount of experience by stealing it away from someone that they kill.

I believe it has something to do with "Enhanced Intelligence" or something like that.

Thoughts?
