Yeah that would work, however, it's extremely unquantifiable since we never saw any feats for it. Plus space time hax is most of the time considered unquantifiable

Creating rifts in space-time continuum which could lead to destruction of everything should be low 2-C Environmental Destruction and this is the second time I'm hearing this and I'm looking for the other one which specifically mentioned space-time continuum destruction.

Tearing at the fabric is different and not quantifiable for low 2c. It's just space time hax

Causing a chain reaction to destruction of the universe is environmental destruction of low 2-C. The other one should be space-time hax via running or whatever.
