Personally I scale it to 2-C since in one video the end was stated to be disconnected from space and time which implies that the overworld and nether have space time continuums

The OP doesn't look well-supported enough for it being added as an Environmental Destruction feat. Saying something's or someone's name triggering an effect like that doesn't appear to be a feat for the individual in question.

Jean can't destroy dimensions, it's just said that pronouncing his name does that, adding this to the page would make it so that Steve should also have this by possibly being able to say the Ender Dragon's name.
