what level of tier 1 is this

basically, we have this hierarchy of worlds, each one being infinitely larger and encompassing of the lower one, usual tier 1 stuff

then there's this world, let's call it X

X cannot be reached by simply, stacking layers, as it is the peak of the hierarchy while still being part of it, and could be reached via other means, as to say, X is the peak of this hierarchy

would this be H1B, H1B+, or L1A?

as far as I'm aware of the new system, this can't be 1A as it still regularly reached by lower dimensional beings

although to note it's reached via means that isn't simply stacking dimensions

Low 1C or 1B because nothing here suggests that the hierarchy is infinite. X can’t transcend the hierarchy while still being a part of it. For example, how can you be superior to dimensions,BDE 2 while still being a part of dimensions, It just doesn’t make sense.

where did i mention the hierarchy being infinite or said world transcending it?

the world is simply the top of said hierarchy with no possible amount of layers added allows u to reach it, said number is unknown, but is completely irrelevant as i said
