Cutting it short, a verse Flowery wants my help to make has a... peculiar dimensional system.

The base workings of it's higher dimensions is the 10 dimension universe, which is what allows the quantum man to see and chose whichever possible reality they prefer. The MC sends their mind into the fifth dimension to view the realities.

Later tough, the same MC becomes 10th dimensional (Can see every possible world that can be imagined, regardless of them having different beginnings, or differing fundamental laws of physics, and can see their histories from beginning to end).

Ignoring the difficulty of putting a rating on that, the author introduces layers of reality. The layers work like computer simulations: each simulation views the lower one as fictive, but each works by the 10 dimension rules. The main character themselves doesn't transcend this, but the Narrator is a being that can freely ascend up and down between every one of the infinite layers.

Reminds me of a novel where the Author self inserts himself in the story and created infinite tenth-dimensional universes. But the main character exceeds him becoming an Author himself where the Author (self-insert) one is just a story for the MC.

Author is High IB if there are infinite layers or infinite dimensions or 1B if its countable infinity

The author itself is not at top of the ascension. He views the 10 dimensions as a dream, and a higher layer views the author as a Drem, rinse and repeat infinitely.

Then Author is High 1C because he is most likey in 11th dimension and views 10th dimension and from the look of what you are saying it looks like god of Magi verse where one god is above other and repeating it for infinity

So if its like Magi verse then cosmology of this verse is 1B because from the sound of it look like Countable infinity to me
