What level is "Village level"?

Simple question here. What tier would destroying a village warrant? I'm well aware that the size of a village is varied, but using the same standards that are used for the averge size of a town or city (in regards to Tiers 7-C and 7-B), what tier would an averge village destruction qualify as?

I think 8-A due to being smaller than a town.

I figured as much. What I meant is whether 8-A or Low 7-C is the more consistent/common.

I live in a village myself. I'd say High 7-C but I dunno
