What kind of power is this? #2

A character has near omnipotent capability to anything but is incapable of demonstrating there power to other entity/being and only limited to themselves. Basically the character take the role of a pan-deistic deity and the law of the supernatural only applies to them but are bound by those said laws from mortals. For example if user were to kill someone it would have to be super believable like a old man dying from an heart attack instead of a being force choke, any demonstration of said [blank] manipulation that would bring uncertainty would be illusion and intangible force that moral can't senses or feel them. There existence can be be known but only when it convenient enough for the character not being suspicious in a supernatural senses.
