I think you forgot the Kaio-Ken boost.

EDIT: And you added when you should have multiplied.

Let me do it for you: 10,000 + 2,000 = 12,000 (You gotta add these).

Then, you have to multiply this by the KK boost your birthday's in (Like 12,000 times 21 or something like that).

And THEN times that by the form multiplier your dice rolled on. I highly doubt you got 11 Billion.
 
@Wright You're actually No.1 of the High Tiers. C2 is No.10 of the Top tiers two spots above me.

@Sans 11 billion would be well above the maximum possible which Bambu got. So if your number is higher the Bambu's you did something wrong.

Probably just scale speed to the same character. So for instance the Fodder Tier is scaled to Base Goku who is Relativistic, while the God Tiers scale to Gogeta whos MFTL+.
