I mean seriously, cmon. Why doesn't she?
For the people who try to say she needed the Shinobi Alliiance's Power to use it.................... keep in mind that Naruto with just half of Kurama powered up the Shinobi Alliance in the thousands by 3x Base Kage level and then when Minato came to the battlefield with the other half of Kurama, they both powered up the Alliance even further. This Naruto was Hashirama level as stated by the man himself. ANd he flat out admitted he was fodder to Unstable Juubito who is literally fodder to Reanimated Madara with one Rinnegan who even with the Rinne Sharingan was considered absolutely nothing to a Nerfed War Arc Kaguya by both Black Zetsu and Sasuke themselves.
So the Allied Forces weren't even 1 percent of her power, hell not even a one hundreth of a percent.
And for those who state she can only Dimension Bust via ETSB, you're worng again. Chakra has been stated many times over in the Series to be Half Spirit Energy, Half PHYSICAL Energy and I KNOW you guys know this as why do you think pretyy much all the Naruto Characters on this site have Statistics Amplification on their profile page? Because Chakra correlates to STATS!
Plus even if you ignore this part and say she still doesn't scale to her ETSB, since you guys have her ETSB at Large Star Level, you DO realize that even if her normal attacks were Thousands of times weaker, that woudl STILL be Star+ lvl, hell even if you say it is 10000 times weaker that should still be Star Level or at least Small Star+ if I'm wrong.
And even if Naruto, Sasuke and Madara were thousands of times weaker than that they would be in the Stellar Tier.
Also, even if you ingore the stars and say oh, she is Massively Large Planet at best ( Yes they are Large Planets due to the fact that her Ice Dimension has Numerous Moons and her Gravity Dimension has Greater Gravity than Earth's ) via ETSB you DO realize that even if her normal attacks were thousands of times weaker than that then she would stll be Planetary+
So just stop with this "Oh, No one in the verse scales to her ETSB stuff and update their profiles dudes.
