What is tier of WW2 battleship?

I think it may be around 8-B or 8-A in average but may reach 7-C in large scale bombardment of single battleship and may reach 7-A in fleet
 
Mountain is a bit of a stretch, since I never heard of ship capable of doing that. The other seem about right.

as I thought even fleet of battleships, mountain is too much, They may can destroy fortress or town that build on mountain but they can't destroy mountain
