Nuclear weapons can go from as low as 8-A to as high as 7-A (all the worlds nuclear arsenal combined is 6-C iirc)

Both of these I'd say are fairly accurate for someone capable of annihilating nations, considering it wouldn't take him that long to wipe a nation with that kind of power.

Annihilating nation is pretty vague on its own regardless. So look for supporting feats around the nuclear stuff and it'd be gucci
