let's say a verse runs on a universal energy power System [ki, chakra, men, magic etc..], which is used to file thier stats, hand their abilities etc..and there is A, A can passively steal/destroy siad power system [for one target or multiple] thus enabling them to use their abilities.
what ability would this be?

I'd say Energy Manipulation for being able to interact and destroy with the very energy system, then either Power Mimicry or Power Absorption.

Couldn't it also be power null via energy manipulation?
