Even after they finished describing it they stated their description was still only the tip of the iceberg of what it truly is.

What is this called? I know the Root has something similar but I don't know the phrase. Also, how does this affect Tiering in terms of Cosmology?

It's kind of like SCP but if it was a novel and you got to see them being formed, go to space and discover anomalies that needed to be contained. They travel to different worlds forming a Multiversal orginization and each story expands the story, cosmology, and mystery of it all.
