I thought this to be vibration manipulation, but apparently it cannot be used if its by physical means

Was this done by brute force? If not then it's vibration manip with a bit of paralysis inducement. How does it impede their movements btw?

This looks more like shockwave generation, or not even that, he looks like he broke the ground, and the other dude seemed to be in AWE or he at least kicked faster than the other guy could react.

So I think this is shockwave generation only or just AP and speed
