What is the dfifference between Causality manip and Fate manip?

Nothing and Everything. Fate is a vague concept that fictions don't necessarily interpret the same way.
In some fictions, fate manip is just a kind of probability manip, as fate is just guidance via coincidences.
In others, fate can be the same as causality manip, changing the effects of causes to make something inevitably happen.
In yet other fictions it might be neither.

Fate Manip serves as an umbrella term for a bunch of abilities with a common result (changing "fate"), that might work completely different in detail. We have a few abilities of such nature.
