What is Majin Buu's Attack Potency precisely?

I know his rating is given as 4-B (Solar System Level). But I want to know how far into 4-B he is.

It would be great if the calculation result is given in Foe: not in KiloFoe, not in MegaFoe, not in GigaFoe. JUST IN FOE.

There's no exact rating. It's all unquantifable in the Buu Saga.


But I can give you the scaling:

Gohan was able to kill Cell with half of his power, by his own admission - so that makes SSJ2 Teen Gohan 2 KiloFoe. (This is were the exact rating goes away)

SSJ2 Goku and Majin Vegeta are stronger than that Gohan by an unknown amount.

Fat Buu is stomps SSJ3 Majin Vegeta

SSJ3 Goku stomps Fat Buu.

Kid Buu is around SSJ3 Goku's level and Super Saiyan Gotenks (Pre-ROSAT) is around Fat Buu level.

After the ROSAT, Gotenks is an unknown amount stronger than he was before training.

Gotenks has SSJ3 which makes him an unknown amount stronger.

Super Buu (Base) is around SSJ3 Gotenks level.

Ultimate Gohan stomps Super Buu (Base)

Piccolo Dominant Buu still gets beat by Ultimate Gohan, while (Gotenks + Piccolo absorbed) Buu stomps Ultimate Gohan.

Gohan dominate Buu is massively stronger than any other Buu, and Super Vegito stomps this Buu.
