What is "kinetic vision"?

I am not crazy. I know this power exists — I've seen it before in my life. I just don't remember what it does. What exactly is "Kinetic Vision"; is it just really good tracking of movements?

I think it's manipulating kinetic energies to shoot eye beams. Sorta like Superman's heat vision but with kinetic energy.

Or just tracking kinetic energy/movement, can be either lol

I guess it's being able to see the flow of energy allowing one to be able to see the enemy movement even if they are technically way above them in speed. Or atleast that's what i got from Kengan.

I think it's supposed to be good tracking of movements.

I think it's good tracking of movement as well. I recall reading a few novels where they talked about kinetic vision, and it was usually associated with someone having amazing tracking of movement.

Kinetic vision is a short hand for kinetic visual acuity, which is an optics term for the ability to clearly see an object in motion.
Having good kinetic vision means you can see objects moving at higher speeds with relatively little loss of detail from effects like blurring.
This isn’t a power, in the same way that “strength” and “speed” aren’t powers.

Yeah, from what I know it's the ability to visually track the movement of fast moving objects efficiently. Think the Sharingan, for example.
