What is difference between universe and dimension?

A dimension, in the mathematical term that is used on this wiki, refers to the spatial and temporal dimensions of length, width, height and time.
A universe refers to, surprise, a universe. Most universes in normal fiction have the 4 dimensions I stated. Depending on if they want to get fancy, they might have more.

If with "dimension" you mean" parallel universe", there is no real difference (that's an incorrect use of the word though).
If you mean a spatial/temporal dimension, then it's an axis of movement.
