Hi guys ,This question has been on my mind for a while ,What's the difference between a type 4 multiverse and a type 4 multiverse Model Realism ?

The simplest way I can explain it is that the Type IV Multiverse contains all that is mathematically possible, while Modal Realism contains all that is logically possible.

Modal Realism is a vastly larger cosmology because it can (and, indeed, necessarily does) contain Outerversal and higher realms, while the Type IV Multiverse cannot.

The reason for this is simple. If we look at the definition for Outerverse level, we get this:
Characters or objects residing in higher states of existence surpassing material composition as a whole, and who are therefore completely unreachable and inaccessible to any and all extensions of the aforementioned structures. Their superiority over such realms, as such, is purely "qualitative"; based entirely on the ontological quality and nature of their existence, rather than any quantitative or numerical principle.

Essentially, Outerversal realms cannot be framed in the language of mathematics; there is no number, no equation, no mathematical structure that can correspond to "Outerversal". It just doesn't exist within mathematics. Thus, we can say that an Outerversal realm is not mathematically possible, so it cannot exist within a Type IV Multiverse. However, there is nothing logically contradictory about an Outerversal realm, so it can exist within Modal Realism.
