What is absolute infinity exactly?

it's not really a number, more of a realism-related concept, similar to extended modal realism, although extended modal realism is bigger than absolute infinity

It's placement in mathematics is kind of just to define an "all-encompassing set" | yet beyond of transfinite mathematics. it's an axiom to put it more simply.
 
Absolute infinity is "true infinity" beyond "continuum hypothesis" and all cardinals (at least all aleph cardinals) . George cantor linked it to God as only God can be truely "absolute infinity" irl
SCALING
For scaling, I would like to quote this from cantor's own explaination
The actual infinite was distinguished by three relations: first, as it is realized in the supreme perfection, in the completely independent, extra worldly existence, in Deo, where I call it absolute infinite or simply absolute; second to the extent that it is represented in the dependent, creatural world; third as it can be conceived in abstracto in thought as a mathematical magnitude, number or order type. In the latter two relations, where it obviously reveals itself as limited and capable for further proliferation and hence familiar to the finite, I call it Transfinitum and strongly contrast it with the absolute.

As per prior statment , it is "supreme perfection" , "independent of everything" and everything is limited in relation to it so it is tier 0 (divine simplicity) but 1:1 correlation is needed
