So on here we have it so that beings of similar or higher power can overcome the immortality that has been granted to someone if they are more powerful than the granter. My question is, what if the immortality within the story is the real deal? Even though the immortality is given, even the being that granted it or even higher level beings are now unable to kill the immortal person even if they tried. How'd we rank it? Because the current rating for "Granted Immortality" doesn't really allow for this scenario.

I don't think that senario has ever happened if it did it would still be type 4 just will be noted that it can't be overrided by beings higher than the one who granted it.

Though it would only go for the level it has shown to withstand...

Example: If a 3-D character gave you Immortality and a 5-D Character could not override it (if that's even possible) that doesn't mean a 6-D character couldn't unless they actually showed they could not.

Again I've never come across a senario like this.

I know, it's a "What If" situation

It's hard to find a scenario like this because to my knowledge, not all writers even use the concept of higher dimensions and when they do, you'd have to single out ones with immortality then single out the ones Immortalitu Granters. I can't recall exact names but I know there's some series that explicitly state there's only 4 dimensions. Most of these are psychological anime I think.
