Ignoring the tiering system on this wiki and by just seeing all the ridicolous shit he is able to do in Parallel Quests (in one of these, the 122 if i'm not mistaken, he solos Beerus, Vegito Blue, Fusion Zamasu, MUI Goku, Jiren and Fuu) he would've probably won...

.... I'm just going to repost this from another thread: Tokipedia takes place after the ToP. Hit makes references to fighting Jiren during the events of the story , as well as Goku . Broly Movie, due to in-story dialogue and DLC placement, takes place after Tokipedia .
Demon God Dabura (Tokipedia) >> God of Destruction Beerus & Champa (Considered them to be mere child's play in comparison, even after witnessing them going all-out) >= Future Warrior (Pre-MUI Goku, During Tokipedia Arc, Beerus calls FW2 his equal) . Even SSJ1 to SSJ2 Gohan, YAMCHA , HERCULE , Videl , and all the Trainers are at bare minimum stronger than FW1 .
Future Warrior also canonically was knocking around a Full Powered Champa during the Tokipedia event, which comes before Broly Movie.
Goku (Tokipedia Arc) - Goku's base surpassed Future Warrior to such a degree he was literally on the floor, downed. He needed a amp to win by Fu , and then forced Goku to use SSB , then MUI, and managed to slightly win against him.
Future Warrior then fought a Massively Amped Fu, later on . Fu oneshotted Demon God Dabura while out of energy, and is stronger than the MUI Goku from Tokipedia who should be leagues above the MUI from the ToP since he was forced to reunlock it. Then Fu got massively stronger via several other amps.
SSJ1 Kefla (Post-Tokipedia) defeated Fu without much trouble, saying " he was a warm-up " . Future Warrior fought her and beat her ,
Then the Broly Arc characters. Broly's Ikari State (Due to being Post-Tokipedia) is far stronger than SSJ2 Kefla (Post-Tokipedia) SSJ and LSSJ got a lot stronger since then, to the point he now, post-amping, has the power to even overwhelm SSB Gogeta (Post-Tokipedia) . Future Warrior beat that LSSJ
Then... FW2 beat Gogeta, Vegito ,Kefla, and Broly simultaneously while heavily handicapping themselves.

Though the real question is:
Could he close the gap between himself and the Angels if he ever gained Ultra Instinct ? Remember he is already high-end God of Destruction Level due to what was mentioned above , to such a ludicrous degree he probably oneshots them all simultaneously with his eyes closed and heavily supressed like he was against Gogeta and Vegito simultaneously. He basically beated a Limit-Broken SSB Gogeta and Vegito (whose fusees bases scale > Beerus due to Tokipedia ) while heavily supressed. Kefla stated it twice throughout the fight, and Vegito confirmed it.

We don't know how strong Whis is, but for right now, we know he can casually dodge FW and SSJB Gogeta post Broly with ease. But yeah, his potential is insane, but so are the angels

I can agree with that as a Unknown. But I definitely think it's possible, especially concerning what Whis said to him about Tokipedia regarding his potential : " Due to how well you are progressing ... The next time we fight I may have to fight you for real " .

Well I don't think that would be that neccessary. If the Future Warrior ends up being stronger than the angels, and maybe one day Zen'o, it would ruin Xenoverse. IMO
