What if different rooms, different advantages?

Okay in this thread I put both of them in a police station and (although I didn’t put it in the opening post) meant for them to fight in a single room.

however I realized that if I didn’t put it in the op it would be mean having bias toward shion. (Sorry for the bias, it won’t happen again)

she wins but not stomp.

however if we allow them to use the police station at the fullest then Conan wins mid difficulty.

however what if Conan has too much of an advantage (but not a stomp) in that case (using the entire police station instead of one room)

basically what if both characters have too much of an advantage (but not stomp) in different locations (shion gets too much of an advantage if we only allow a single room of the police station and Conan gets too much advantage if we allow the characters to use the entire police station to fight)

Also is this bias (the thread was done and everything was right but I’m just asking because I don’t want it to happened/happen again and before

is it bias to put Edward in a stone location (I mean is it bias/too much advantage to put him in certain locations/environments. I only put stone because I remember seeing some fma and he used stone environments a lot)

I just wanted to make that fight fair.

Putting characters in a location that lets them make full use of their abilities isn’t bias, so unless a stone environment would keep Ed’s opponent from using their abilities, it’s not bias.
If there isn’t a location where both can take advantage of their abilities, you can start them in a neutral location with areas that favor each of them nearby, and have the advantage depend on who could better control the situation.

I meant a location that limits one of the opponents abilities but does not restrict them.

as to make the fight fairer. (Not restrict them too much as to give too much of an advantage to the other side, but just enough that they are basically equal.)
