What happened to Lord Kavpeny?

Despite being listed as both long and short term active

I updated his status in the staff page to inactive some time ago.

He told me in private that he no longer has the time to contribute to the site, due to juggling school and regular work simultaneously.

I do not know, but it sounded like he would be permanently gone. I hope that he will come back later though.

As for his bureaucrat position, those are only possible to remove after 1 year of inactivity.
