Flowery words unless there's more context. It could be interpreted to mean a few different things without further context.

These flashy words make it hard because they could both mean a few things. We'd need more context.

Yeah, but it could also be concept manipulation, and if it only applies to themself it's a form of NEP.

It'd be important when using these to provide an example of them in action.
 
That why i said "basic assumption", without proper context we will goes with it instead of any higher assumption, such as conceptual manipulation, etc....
 
Fair. At the end of the day these statements are too fancy to nail down without context, I think.
